We are looking for a motivated Production Executive to join our Production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality checks on the production floor and ensuring that all products comply with established quality and safety standards.
Job responsibilities
- Daily Quality checks of Production Activities from Receiving to Final Packaging with proper documentation.
- Strictly follow food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements in production hall.
- Assist Production Shift In-charge in arranging various activities for execution of workflow
- Ensure best Quality of product and minimum customer complaints through stringent on-line quality control checks and finished products checks.
- Ensure that all production sanitation, safety, and security activities are consistently performed.
- Responsible for effective and efficient maintenance of records related Quality Assurance program.
- Monitor the product temperatures from time to time.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Production Manager as and when needed
- Conduct routine quality inspections on the production floor
- Ensure compliance with internal quality control and safety standards
- Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve quality issues
- Document findings and report discrepancies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent in applied sciences (Preferably Fisheries/Food Technology/Microbiology).
- Usage of MS Excel, Word, & Other Microsoft Products.
