Job responsibilities
- Daily supervision of Production Activities from Receiving to Final Packaging with proper documentation.
- Working to develop an efficient Process flow on the production floor by managing labour, raw material, and packaging materials.
- Strictly follow food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements in production hall.
- Maintaining Daily production Reports.
- Data entry works related to production for record keeping.
- Develop good working relationships and apply hands-on leadership at all levels within environment, leading and communicating as needed to maximize individual and team performance.
- Provide leadership to the efficient coordination and execution of workflow.
- Supervising staff and provide them with relevant training on all aspects of the operation.
- Ensure that all production sanitation, safety, and security activities are consistently performed.
- Monitor the product temperatures from time to time.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the production Manager as and when needed.
Essential Qualifications
- Graduation in any Bio Science Field.
- Certification in HACCP will be an added advantage
